The existing ventilation was undersized and the plumbing stack limited layout options. On a well-and-septic property, every fixture decision had to respect system capacity.
We rebuilt the room from the systems outward: new ventilation sized to the space, modern waterproofing behind every wet wall, plumbing updated within the existing stack's capacity, then tile and fixture installation to a luxury standard.
