PROJECT PORTFOLIO

Selected project case studies by category — each with scope, challenges, materials, and the construction story behind the finished space.

Weddington Whole-Home Renovation

Weddington, NC · Whole-home renovation

A 1990s executive home brought up to new-build standard — kitchen, primary suite, systems, and finish work sequenced under one coordinated plan.

Ballantyne / South Charlotte, NC · Luxury kitchen remodel

A true working kitchen with custom cabinetry, natural stone, and layered lighting — built to host a hundred and cook for two.

Waxhaw, NC · Primary-bath renovation

A standard 2000s primary bath rebuilt from the systems outward into a durable, spa-like retreat on a well-and-septic property.

Matthews, NC · Second-story addition

A second-story primary suite added over an existing ranch footprint — engineered, enclosed, and finished so it reads as original.

Charlotte, NC · Commercial office renovation

A lease-driven office renovation delivered occupancy-ready on the date the lease required — phased around tenants who stayed open.
